I’m Back From the Dominican—Day 1

Photo Blog

It’s been a long time since there’s been any activity here, huh? I was out of the country a week ago, and boy is it good to be back in the States. Visiting a poorer country like the Dominican Republic opens your eyes to things you don’t often see in America. It was a beautiful country, but it got to the point where you couldn’t bite into the food or drink any sort of water without the fear of it making you sick. Nine out of ten of our group got sick at the resort. I was the only one left standing in the end. Apparently EVERYONE on the resort was suffering from the same thing. Hmmmmm. . . Despite that and all the rain, we had a lot of fun while we were there, and Jami and Roy will obviously remember their wedding there forever. I’ll post a couple sets of pictures of the trip as I get a chance. Today is mainly the first two days.
